Free shipping is available for all orders within the UK.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are mostly shipped out directly from any of our domestic warehouses and occassionally from international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! For UK orders, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Due to the popularity of our offers, for International, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive at the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
No for orders within UK. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes for international orders once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Refund Policy
Our refunds and exchange policy has a total availability of 14 days after purchase. Application for a full refund or an exchange will be unacceptable if this time period has elapsed.
Product Condition
Products that are in unused condition and are in the same condition when received will be deemed fit for our returns and exchange program. The original package of the product must be returned with the product to avail of this service.
Key Things to Keep in Mind When Sending Back Product for Refund or Exchange
BloomChiq requires proof of purchase for accepting products for refunds and exchange. Therefore, send us the receipt of the item along with the product. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Refund applications will be accepted or rejected after a thorough inspection of the product. We will notify you once we receive the product. Furthermore, a notice will also be sent to you informing the acceptance or rejection of the refund. In case of approval, credit will be provided through your payment medium as compensation.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@bloomchiq.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bloomchiq.com or call us at 01224361316 and we will advise you on the closest warehouse to send your item to.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email at sales@bloomchiq.com and we will advise you on the closest warehouse to send your item to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
